Closure Map Area

The below picture represents the Placer County area around the Sunset Boulevard Intersection. Potential detours have been discussed ont eh Freeway Closure Details tab of this website. For those detours, and other possible routes, please refer to the .pdf of the surrounding areas. To the west of SR 65, please note Industrial Avenue running parallel to the freeway. The interchange south of Sunset is Blue Oaks. Note that on the northbound offramp at Blue Oaks, you need to be in the LEFT lane to head east (right), and in the RIGHT lane to head west toward Industrial. The interchange north of Sunset is Twelve Bridges. The main roads in Rocklin, east of SR 65, are Blue Oaks, Sunset, and Lonetree. The area closed on Sunset is noted in red.
